FalcoHR is an online payroll and Human Resource Management System provided by FalcoIQ IT Services And Recruitment Pvt Ltd.

Users may be required to create an account before accessing certain features of FalcoHR.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and keeping your account information updated.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of information entered into FalcoHR.
This may include employee information, salary details, attendance records, leave information and payroll data.
Customers should ensure that they have the appropriate rights and permissions to provide such information to the platform.
FalcoHR provides automated payroll calculations and tools related to statutory payroll components such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and TDS.
While the platform is designed to assist with payroll processing, customers remain responsible for reviewing calculations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and government requirements.
FalcoHR should not be considered a substitute for professional legal, tax or accounting advice.
FalcoHR may provide a free plan and/or a limited free trial period depending on the applicable pricing and service offering.
The features, employee limits and duration of any trial may be changed from time to time.
Where paid services are applicable, customers agree to pay the applicable subscription charges according to the selected plan.
FalcoHR may update pricing or subscription plans from time to time. Any applicable changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
Users must use FalcoHR only for lawful business and HR-related purposes.

FalcoHR may integrate with third-party services, payment providers, communication services or other external systems.
